Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using Findzle Go, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the policies applicable to the service.

2. Authorized use

You must be authorized to transmit the files you send. You must not use the service to distribute illegal, fraudulent, malicious or counterfeit content, or content that infringes the rights of others.

3. User responsibility

You are responsible for the files you transmit, the recipients you select, the passwords you use and compliance with applicable laws.

4. Service availability

Findzle aims to provide high availability, but does not guarantee that the service will always be accessible, error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Expiration and deletion

Transfers expire automatically according to the stated retention period. After expiration, files may be deleted and may not be recoverable.

6. Suspension

Findzle may restrict, block or delete a transfer or account when abusive, fraudulent, dangerous or prohibited use is detected.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Findzle is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of data or a recipient’s use of files after downloading them.
